Five years in AI. A business that started as favors.

I'm Jillian, and I've spent the last five years working in AI — long enough to watch it go from a niche field to the thing every business owner is told they need but nobody explains how to actually use.

MedullaOS wasn't a business plan. It started when friends who run their own companies began asking for help: Can you build me an agent for this? Is there a way to stop doing this task by hand? Why am I paying for four subscriptions that barely talk to each other? So I built things for them. The redundancy dropped, the efficiency climbed, and the time thieves — the invisible tasks that quietly eat a workweek — started disappearing from their calendars.

Then their friends started asking. Then their friends. At some point "a favor I do for people" needed a name.

Since then I've built systems for law firms, wellness businesses, real estate agencies, podcasters, and professional training companies — every one different, because every business runs differently. What stays the same is the approach: I don't sell AI. I sit down with how your business actually works, find what's stealing your time, and build the thing that takes it over. However I can make your business better, I do it.

How I work

01 · practical

No hype, just systems

You don't need an "AI transformation." You need the invoice follow-ups to send themselves. I build for the outcome, not the buzzword.

02 · custom

Built around your business

I don't force your operation into someone else's software. I learn how you actually run, then build to fit — agents, automations, or tools you own outright.

03 · honest

Only what's worth building

If something isn't worth automating, I'll tell you. The goal is a business that runs lighter — not a pile of tech for its own sake.

What's stealing your time?

Tell me what your week looks like. I'll tell you honestly what's worth automating — and what it would take.
