MedullaOS ("we," "I," or "us") builds custom software, automations, and AI tools for businesses. This policy explains what information I collect through medullaos.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. I keep this simple on purpose: I collect as little as possible, and I don't sell your data.

Information I collect

  • Information you provide. When you book a discovery call or submit the contact form, I collect your name, email, phone number (if given), business details, and anything you write in your message.
  • Scheduling data. Discovery calls are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which collects the details you enter to confirm your booking. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Basic usage data. Like most websites, my hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the site running and secure.

How I use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule and prepare for our call.
  • To provide, maintain, and improve services you've engaged me for.
  • To communicate with you about your project. No newsletters, no drip campaigns, no marketing lists.

How I share it

I don't sell or rent your personal information. I only share it with the service providers I use to run this business — for example, form processing (Formspree), scheduling (Google), and hosting (Vercel) — and only as needed to deliver the service. I may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

I keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to work together and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information I hold about you by emailing jillian@medullaos.com. You can also opt out of any communications at any time.

Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but I take care to limit what I collect and who can access it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
