These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of medullaos.com and any services provided by MedullaOS ("we," "I," or "us"). By using this site or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.

The website

This site is provided for informational purposes — to describe my services and let you book a discovery call or get in touch. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I make no guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Discovery calls and inquiries

Booking a discovery call or submitting the contact form starts a conversation — it does not create a binding agreement to provide services. The discovery call is free and carries no obligation on either side.

Services and engagements

Any paid work — audits, builds, or managed services — is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. As noted on the site, audit fees are credited in full toward a subsequent build.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by MedullaOS unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of custom work delivered under an engagement is defined in that engagement's agreement.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the site or forms for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
  • Don't submit false information or impersonate others.

Third-party services

This site relies on third-party providers (such as Google for scheduling, Formspree for form handling, and Vercel for hosting). Your use of those features may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedullaOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
